Suggested correction: 1. Check whether the statement of identity (Luminous Baked Bronzer) on the printing artwork (dieline) is printed in bold type, and confirm that its font size is reasonably proportional to the most prominent printed matter - Ensure compliance with the provisions of 21 CFR 701.11 and cosmetic labeling guidance.

RegaaS is built specifically for regulatory label review, using specialized regulatory AI, structured checks and source-linked findings rather than general-purpose answers.
AI carries out the standard review within the supported scope. Results may still be incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee regulatory approval.
RegaaS provides AI-powered label reviews for food and cosmetics in the United States and European Union. Food reviews also cover dietary supplements in the United States and food supplements in the European Union; supplements are part of the Food category, not a separate product option. Where a product sold in the United States is both a cosmetic and an over-the-counter drug, such as a sunscreen or an anti-dandruff shampoo, RegaaS reviews the cosmetic labeling requirements. The Drug Facts panel and the applicable OTC monograph requirements fall outside the review.
RegaaS does not cover meat, poultry and egg products under USDA FSIS, most alcoholic beverages regulated by TTB, bioengineered and USDA organic food disclosures, country-of-origin marking, weights and measures beyond the FDA net-quantity rules, FTC advertising substantiation, state requirements such as California Proposition 65, labels for Great Britain or Switzerland, EU lactose-free statements, or Member State language requirements. The service reviews labeling only, and does not assess manufacturing or facility compliance. See the full list in [Regulations Covered].
RegaaS’s checks are built on the provisions listed below, for the product type and market you select. A finding may also cite related legislation or official guidance. It does not check every rule that may apply to a label.

Each finding cites the rule or source document on which it relies. Checks are based on the text of each regulation as in force on the date shown in the report. Where a requirement has been adopted but is not yet mandatory, the report can flag it so you can plan ahead. The scope of each regulation, and what falls outside it, is set out in [Regulations Covered].
Yes. RegaaS is designed for people without a regulatory background. A report explains the issues it finds in plain language, can include suggested wording, and points to the rule or source document each issue relies on, so you or an adviser can check it.
Suggested wording is a starting point, not approved text.
No. RegaaS automates standard checks within its supported scope. Legal advice, regulatory filings and required professional sign-off remain separate.
Please review our [Privacy Policy] for information about processing, service providers, retention and deletion requests. In summary:
RegaaS does not use your uploads to train or fine-tune its own models. To produce a review, your label images and the text extracted from them are sent to AI model providers based in the United States, including OpenRouter, Google and Anthropic. These providers handle the data under their own terms and may keep inputs for limited periods, for example to monitor for abuse.
RegaaS’s cloud servers are in Japan. Personal data is also processed in Taiwan, where the company is based, and in the United States by service providers.
Uploads and analysis results are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Removing a report from your History in the app does not delete the underlying files. To request deletion, email service@vescir.com from your account’s email address; deletion is completed within one month of verifying the request. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
